Blepharoplasty

At TriCounty Eye Institute many of our patients inquire about a surgical procedure known as Blepharoplasty. Blepharoplasty treats both the cosmetic and functional problem of sagging skin around the upper and lower lids of the eye by removing the excess skin improving both vision and appearance. As we age, the muscles that support the eyelids weaken and the lids themselves can stretch causing sagging skin, bags and vision impairment.
